Safety Plan

The health and safety of our guests and team members remain our top priority.  We have secured all of the meeting space at the beautiful open-air Monarch Beach Resort Waldorf Astoria so our guests can spread out safely, and comfortably while doing business and networking.

ON-SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN

Jared T. Williams, MD will serve as our on-site Medical & Safety Director. Dr. Williams will manage our health plan and oversee LSI and Waldorf Astoria staff to make sure we’re properly social distancing and rigorously sanitizing at all times. Dr. Williams will be responsible for all event safety protocols to ensure that we’re following all Local, State, Federal & CDC guidelines.

Outdoor Viewing & Content Streaming

In addition to the spacious ballrooms (two tracks) where presentations will be delivered, we will also leverage the vast outdoor space at the property. Attendees will be able to stream the event content from anywhere on the property via their phone, tablet, or computer. There will also be two large LED walls located outside, which will live stream the entire event.

Vaccination Policy

LSI requires all attendees to certify that they are fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative test taken within 48 hours.  We will have rapid tests on-site if needed.  We require the following:

• Certify your vaccination (via the pre-event survey sent to all attendees or by showing your vaccination card upon event check-in).
• Or show proof of a negative test taken within 48 hours.

Masks

Masks are no longer required indoors in California but are strongly recommended. 

Hotel Policy

The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Hilton CleanStay program brings an industry-defining standard of cleanliness and disinfection to this property, providing peace of mind. These safety protocols have also been informed by the California Hotel & Lodging Association, Global Biorisk Advisory Council, and the public health and epidemiology experts at the University of California Irvine.

What Should I Do If I Have Symptoms of COVID-19?

Please do not enter the event if you have any of the signs or symptoms of COVID-19.  These include a high temperature, a new continuous cough, and/or a change to taste or smell.  Please contact your physician or ask LSI staff for guidance and our onsite physician, Dr. Jared Williams, will be available to assist and guide you on appropriate steps.
