Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received 90 days or more before the event starts will receive a refund equal to the original amount paid less a 25% processing fee. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days from the start of the event will not receive a refund but rather will be offered a credit to a future event. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Should you be unable to attend after purchasing your pass, you may send another member of your organization in your place. Substitutions must be made prior to badge pickup, before the original registrant has attended any portion of the conference.
