As an entrepreneur, I built a technical and creative marketing company from scratch, ran it for 8 years, and sold it. Through that experience, I acquired a rounded business education, and I learned a new level of resilience.
At Google, I learned how to build and manage high-performing teams. I was schooled in the art of radical candor, and I've successfully applied the methodology to global teams.
Finally, I am in my essence a creative person. I write about technology, specifically crypto-technologies, culture, and politics in both English and Spanish in publications such as TechCrunch, TheNextWeb, Gk.City. I am a husband of almost 20 years, a father to twin boys, and in my free time, I study Afro-Latin percussion.
