My name is Joe McGinley, I'm the founder and CEO of McGinley Orthopedics. We're here at the LSI meeting with our company, McGinley Orthopedics and our two FDA cleared products, the IntelliSense drill and lever action plate for distal radius fractures. Regarding our products, we have two FDA cleared products. First is our intelligence drill or handheld robotics. Essentially, the IntelliSense drill senses bone as it's drilling. So it will automatically stop when you reach to the far cortex of the bone, and then tell the surgeon exactly what size screw they need, believe it or not, right now in the operating room, that's a completely manual process. Our second product is we have a risk plate for sorry, a plate for just the radius of risk fractures. That's the most common fracture that occurs nationwide. So we use engineering concepts to create a product that will help realign the fracture fragments and get that patient healed a lot quicker. So those are two products. We have a whole bunch of others we have over 125 patents and company continues to grow. So I've been at LSI several times. This is I think our third trip out here to Dana Point. So it's always fun to come out and see old friends and meet some new friends. While we're out here. We're here fundraising at the LSI meeting, as well as meeting with strategic partners. So it's been a busy day I had my presentation earlier today, we talked a little bit about the products as well as mountaineering, believe it or not. So that was part of the presentation. And then the rest of the day, we've been having private partner meetings meeting with strategics, as well as potential investors for our company. Our company, McGinley orthopedics that were vertically integrated, we have our own manufacturing facility, we make all of our parts and products in house, we have over 125 issued and pending patents two FDA cleared products. We've actually been successful at raising over 25 million today to fund our company to where we're at. Our products are being used by orthopedic surgeons all around the country. And it's always great to see that first use when they use the product for the first time and they just see that technology firsthand how it works. So I'll give you a quick demo show you how the IntelliSense works and and seeing is believing really with this technology. The Intel essential or handheld robotics represents the most advanced technology available to orthopedic surgeons. It has embedded sensor technology that senses bone as it's drilling, the IntelliSense will stop automatically as you reach the far side of the bone than instantaneously give you a depth measurement to prescribe the right screw for that hole that was just drilled. So it's very easy to use. You just place it on the bone bottom triggers start drilling, you hear beeps as it goes through and then stops automatically as it breaches my fingers still on the trigger. And then you get an instantaneous step measurement accurate two tenths of a millimeter. Our goal at LSI is fundraising. We're currently in a Regulation A plus investment round. We're trying to raise funds to grow our sales effort as well as commercialize additional products. We're looking to raise 40 million through this type of fundraising. Great thing about it is it's a mini IPO so open to anyone. Individuals can go to invest.mcginleyorthopaedics.com to see that effort and see what we're doing
