Hi everyone, we are here to reinvent the world of dialysis one more time. And my name is Faruk Husman. I'm the founder and the CEO. So the way we are treating our loved ones in the field of dialysis, we means we the medical device company We bring these loved ones to a diialysis center and suck the hell out of them. We take put a needle in their arm and by the end of the treatment they're done and dusted. They're exhausted. They we make them useless. Useless for their families. We make them useless for the society. We make them useless for their family and everything. So here at Bionics, we are there to give them life back, give them energy so they can have some time with their family and I'm able to put some back to work as well. So this is one of my patients overseas and uh on one one of my earliest machine and a wooden box. We treated that at home. There's no nurses needed, no blood involved, there's no needles in there, and there's no risk of HIV or HCV because it's a home treatment. And they have the energy that also correlates a lot less of my patients go into depression. And on top of that, I'm able to put some back to work and I'm able to put some young girls back to college. I'm able to put some boys back to university as What else we are doing on top of this? We are bringing in world's first acidfree dialysis because you're putting acid into human body and expecting something good out of And we are putting world's first toxin-free diialysis and we are also resolving the issue of malnutrition. So if you see a diialysis patient, they become leaner and leaner and they lose all the muscles and we pretty much push them to a graveyard. This is what we do. And do you know half of the diialysis patients die because of heart failure not because of the diialysis failure and we kill their heart. How do we kill their heart? That's a topic by itself but in short inflammation is one of the biggest problems that kills their heart over time. [snorts] On top of that we will take care of millions of plastics bags and tubes going into the landfill. We will solve that problem too. So there are three massive opportunities in front of us today in America. 80% of diialysis gets done in a diialysis center. Whereas government wants to do it other way around. There's a Trump executive order. They want us to do 80% of diialysis at home or give them a kidney. Second is reinventing the way diialysis fundamentals are. We are working on this. And the third one that's why I started this company. I lost loved ones on diialysis and 75% of the world do not get diialysis. Once you bring the cost down, we open up those blue ocean So why should you trust us? Who the hell we are? Rod Kennley, my co-founder was the first person in commercial space in Chicago who saw University of Missouri doing some papers and all the papers we see and nobody looks at university. He was a visionary who wrote down the papers and business proposal and brought one of the biggest pharma company into the space and Rod launched CAPD. Then he launched APD at one of the biggest companies out there, one of the biggest APD programs we have and got through the FDA both devices and then he got the world's first home heo device through FDA as well. and Doug was part of all these crimes with us and I came into the picture much later when they were redesigning this legacy product line and that's where I learned and I was a pioneer to connect these devices to the cloud and AI as well at the same time and we have a team of champions and we got 40 50 plus devices through FDA clearance three IPOs under the belt so this was the dream when I started this company I said I want to people to have diialysis at home while they're sleeping in their own bed with my machine. And we are the only third company after two big ones to get FDA clearance in last 30 35 years for an automated paratonial diialysis cycler as per my best of my knowledge and we got that done under $20 million. So opportunity number one let's look at that. Everybody's thinking that home everybody would be putting needle in the arm. I can't imagine my mom or my grandma putting a needle in the arm and getting it right. That's not going to work. That's why home heo was never ever more than 1% of the market penetration. And it will never be more than one or two% of the market penetration. The answer is bloodless peritonial dialysis. And that's where we are. That's where investors should be looking into. And [clears throat] government is right behind us. And I'm going to skip through this. This is a business where you don't only sell the machines. There is consumables where you sell uh cartridges and dialet bags on top of that. So in this $20 million what we have achieved so far, we have built a factory, we have treated patients not only at home but also as a hospital setting. We have built two R&D centers. One in Chicago, other is in suburbs, other in where I was born and raised in South Asia. We have built a massive team of 100 plus people overseas and in US. We got ISO and SGS certification on that was the strategy to begin with. Start where I was born and raised. Bring it to US and Canada. Already we are signing up GCC countries and Europe will be the fourth destination. We exactly know where our market is. 64% of the market out there do not have a device. These are the service provider who badly need advice. That is one area and we exactly know how much government pays. It's about four grand a person per month. And just a [clears throat] minute quickly what we will do in diialysis. Paraton diialysis has a 10% better survival rate than hemodialysis. Far worse than all the cancers. You are lucky if you get a cancer. Diialysis is worse than cancer. But PD has 10% better survival rate. We can improve it. How we will improve it? We will fix inflammation and malnutrition and that relates to everything else. We'll cover that offline. We will have cold sterilization that will get rid of GDPs and AES. We will bring in pH neutral non acidic solution where acid would not go into your body. We will control the sugar intake going into your body. Sugar is bad. that leads to lack of eating and lack of protein and these will get weak and under and we will take care of macrofasages as So all of these GDPs glucose degradation products will be gone pH neutral talis and all these boxes will be gone. We will make talisid using the tap water at their home. This is my third generation and first generation is already Free cleared. I have 67 patients overseas. I'm starting in four states in America pretty soon. This company, this market has produced billion dollar exits and it has uh potential because itself the market size is 120 billion. So now we are launching in US starting to generate some revenue and early next year or late next year you will see world's first acidfree and world's first toxin-free diialysis. So that's where we are to change this world one more time out of this for the humanity for the betterment of diialysis patients and we may need these devices for ourself somewhere down the road.
