Good morning. Hope everyone's having a good morning. My name is Ellen Gruttadauria. I am the Director of Business Development for Triple Ring Technologies. So, our mission is Triple Ring Technologies is a co development company. We like to say we stand side by side with innovators and entrepreneurs to solve hard problems, launch breakthrough products and create new businesses. So we have an office, our corporate headquarters is out of Silicon Valley out of Newark. We also have another office out of Boston. We have a team of approximately 120 PhDs, scientists and engineers, very broad spectrum from physicists to electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, biologists, chemists, we cover the gamut. In the two offices. We also have an office in Copenhagen, and we've got a team of folks over in Toronto. What we do, we turn science into commercial success. Whether it's deep tech, med tech or biotech, the most innovative products integrate advanced science. These products cannot be developed by recipe, they require a rigorous understanding of first principles. What I normally talk about is we're both basically at the intersection of where science and engineering meets innovation in business. Practice Areas. So again, we cover a pretty broad range of practice areas, from in vitro technologies to medical devices, photonics, and imaging, advanced therapies, drug delivery, and consumer health. How we work, and this is very true. We're partnered with triple ring, we strive to be a trusted partner. We want to have skin in the game, which is pretty unique with our clients, we often share risk, and at times selectively invest.

These are some examples of our work. These are just a few items of the things that we've produced over the last 17 years. Our clients hold the IP, so we can't talk about the numerous projects and things that we've done. But like I said, these are a few examples of some of the projects that you know have covered anywhere from IoT to drug delivery to surgical closures.
