Good afternoon, everyone. I would like to welcome you to the to 3:55 session track three day two of the LSI conference. Just a little bit about myself. I'm a shareholder at Stradling. Stradling's a corporate law firm headquartered in Orange County. So we are traveling we have here like as I said, we are a corporate law firm. We are pretty much a one stop shop here. We represent our clients and on the corporate transactional as well as well as litigation. We are one of the lead law firms and life sciences space. You had been headquartered in Orange County, this is sort of like the med device. One of the tops, leading centers of med device companies. We've been in this space for over 50 years now. Some and our practice covers are licensed practice covers med device, pharmaceutical and biotech technology centers. We have extensive experience and expertise in counseling Life Science firms, right from startups, through, you know, emerging growth companies to some of the you know, large publicly traded enterprises. Some of our clients are listed on the slide. In the life science space, we represent our clients, you know, in pretty much everything from from a corporate transactional perspective. We have, like I said, we have a very robust emerging growth, startup and growth factors. Take our clients through early stage financing through multiple raises, and then eventually an exit whether it's an m&a or going public. We also have a very strong IP practice within our IP practice we have we represent you know, we do IP prosecution, patent prosecution trademarks and as well as IP commercialization we we have pretty strong technology transactions practice group within our firm like I said, I'm a shareholder in the choir in the corporate and technology transactions practice. I pretty much you know, I focus on a wide variety of corporate commercial technology transaction related technology rate transactions represent clients in the life sciences, space and high technology, semiconductors hardware, but life sciences is one of my main areas of focus.
