The health and safety of our attendees are of the utmost importance to us. We are taking the most aggressive measures possible to ensure that the well-being and safety of our attendees is maintained. Below are the steps we’ve already taken and we also continue to work with our staff and partners at The Ritz-Carlton to ensure that a safe, healthy and productive event will take place as planned.
We have secured more than double the meeting space at The Ritz-Carlton than we had at our 2020 event to ensure that we can properly social distance, while still hosting a meeting conducive to networking. The property is located in an open-air environment on the Pacific Ocean, which allows for plenty of breathing room so our guests can spread out safely, and comfortably, while still doing business and networking.
We will strictly follow all health and safety protocols as described by local, state, and CDC guidelines. In addition, our partners at The Ritz-Carlton also adhere to a 5-star safety and health protocol, as detailed here.
Everyone that attends our event will be required to follow the most strict guidelines as defined at the time of the event from leading global and local health authorities. This will include thermal event entrance screening/monitoring, social distancing, frequent hand washing, and other recommended protocols.
In the event that we are unable to host the event or that our conference attendees are uncomfortable or unable to attend due to COVID-19 related issues, we will offer a full refund through November 16, 2020.
