We're very humbled to be here in front of very, very impressive folks and devices and technology. We're, we're humbled to be there. But we're also humbled because we have an opportunity to help a lot of people who are suffering from osteoarthritis. This quotation is a real quotation we get on a daily basis from people who are asking us to please hurry, because they're in a position where they can't walk, they have osteoarthritis. And their lives have changed. And they've they've changed for the worse, and they want time to be able to walk and advance and move around with their friends and family in danger for the millions of people suffering from knee problems, weekend warriors, to professional athletes is actually stronger than your own cartilage go back onto the field with confidence, the implant called ormy, which is Greek for motion or to move material used in contact lenses, the hydrogel on the top surface. And the backing is, of course, titanium, and currently has 2000 people signed up for a clinical trial. And this new and improved cartilage could be on the market in the next three to four years. Okay, that's a quick summary snippet. We were picked up by the NBC affiliate in Research Triangle, where we're headquartered in North Carolina. And we're up to 3300. As of today, people who have registered and want to be part of the clinical trial that we're looking to start soon. So what's this about? This is about motion. When you think about the important parts of your life and things that that you reflect on, they frequently involve motion. And it's it's something that we take very seriously. And we are lucky to be at a crossroads where we can help people who are want to have more memories like this with friends and family and loved ones, but are limited. And the reasons for limitation vary. Folks are living longer, which is great, but the body wears away. Sometimes, more quickly than anticipated. We have a more active lifestyle. If you play sports, if you climb mountains, whatever you do, the knees channel all of the energy and that's where the contact with the planet comes in. So running up and down stairs, right running across the field, playing playing with your kids, with your family, all of that comes together at the knees. excess weight is also is also a factor in increased osteoarthritis. Caitlyn Jenner said this. You know, formerly Bruce Jenner decathlon gold medalist, had been putting off knee replacement for 25 years. This is not unusual. A lot of people put off knee replacement because they don't want metal in their bodies. They don't want this part of their body gone and never recoverable. They want something that can fix the area where there's a problem and move on. Oh OAE impacts 650 million people worldwide. That's a lot of people. This Bullseye is what we're going after this is our target market. There's a progression of treatment that begins with ice packs with ways to suppress the pain braces, hyaluronic acid injections to lubricate the joints. Then we have a gap we have chasm. And the next thing after that gap is a partial or a full knee replacement. And people don't want that, unfortunately, or fortunately. So that creates an opportunity for us. And that's our target market. We want to be in that spot to put people off of getting a knee replacement. Now, how do we do that? I humbly present to you this device called ormy which has breakthrough designation from the FDA. It is a best in class in our opinion, device technology that we have licensed from Duke University that is made of a hydrogel at the top that mimics native cartilage immediately on day one. It is on a titanium base that is meant to be reabsorbed by the bone, the capillaries in the bone. So that it can be it can be press fit and fixation is secured. lower left corner is a picture of our tray, our instrumentation which is proprietary and ready to go. Again, FDA breakthrough designation. It's implantable in 10 minutes spine surgeon via press fit. This is a chart that shows you across the x axis, immediate weight bearing and pain reduction, and on the y axis cartilage properties immediately. And we've and we're humbled, as I've said, and I mean, that's necessarily to be in the company of some awesome technologies. But the only one that has immediate weight bearing immediate pain reduction and immediate cartilage, at the end of the alar is our device, the army product. And that's us in the upper right corner. Now, why are we confident in this, at the far left, you see the wear pattern, the yellow line indicates the FDA criteria, we're has to be below that line, we are significantly less than the FDA criteria. And in fact, we're three times less than native cartilage. So this device, whereas less than your native cartilage, the other graphs you see 600 300 200 400% Better than FDA, what does that mean? So we had to run 5 million cycles on mechanical testing. And these are the numbers that we got 5 million cycles is meant to portray five years. So I'm not good at statistics. But this looks like it could go longer than five years, maybe 10 years, maybe 15. Who knows. But at the end of the day, the the point is to show that we've exceeded the FDA requirements. And and we feel confident in this mechanical testing, which is completed. Now, further, we've gone into sheep, large animals, we had the privilege of working with Colorado State, which coincidentally have around we were in sheep. There's no connection there other than you know, life is a funny place. So our five devices you see at the top, post op in the middle, and then at the bottom is after three months, and you see that the device is integrated into the surrounding cartilage, and that there's no inflammation, there's really not much that we're concerned about. The folks have told us off the record that this is the best they've seen. But you're not supposed to know that I'm not supposed to say that. Continuing on, we want to make this device and this process is easy and painless as getting a cavity filled. You get a cavity, you go to the dentist, you can't eat, you have a problem, right? We want to do the same to replacing a focal defect in the cartilage of your knee. This is the device we want to make this as easy and simple as replacing a cavity. On the far right. You see what happens at the dentist, you will go home that night you can have dinner. Same thing in the middle you have you have osteoarthritis, we go in, we have the instrumentation, we bought out the hole where this is gonna go. There's a guide pin, and then you walk away with this device literally walk away that night and you can go back to normal activities. Real quick, these are just some more indications from folks we were picked up by the World Economic Forum. Great press great publicity. Folks who are telling us that are postponing their knee replacement waiting for this to come on the market. Folks are saying Don't waste this on cheap, put it in me they'll sign whatever whatever we want. It's kind of sad, but but but very flattering. These are some of our doctors. They're a lot smarter than we are. Adam Yankee team doctor for the Chicago Bulls. Chris Jones, LA Lakers. These other guys. John Dickens, Walter Reed, Lieutenant Colonel, there are guys from Wake Forest. Brian Waterman US Olympic team set Sturman Stanford, all of this. Can't wait to get this. This is humbling for us to as I said Duke University licensed technology. We have a worldwide license. My partner Deshawn sir Conte and I are co founders of the company. He's sitting here we have 17 pending patents worldwide. This is a very conservative look at the addressable market. It's a big market. We are looking to to grow this. We have a great board of people, advisors, lot of medical device. But I just want to quickly focus on this is the first step literally and figuratively. The first step we want this to be a platform technology for the entire body. So for me is the knee is the first step and we're looking to grow this. We invite you to join us. We want to change the standard of care. We want to improve it. We want to improve the lives Have our patients. We want to change their world. We want to change the world. And we want to change your world to if you'd like to invest with us. This is our QR code. We'll be here in the back. That's our those are our mobile numbers. And thank you for your time.
