I'll just take a few minutes, speak about Stradling speak about our, the law firm that I, that I'm a partner at and also my practice. So straddling is a corporate law firm based here in Southern California. We are 10 miles from here in Newport Beach. We are a business corporate firm. So like any corporate firm, we have, we have various practices. One of our strong, strong practices is, you know, startups in emerging growth companies, and within startups and emerging growth companies, we, you know, we have clients in various fields, but one of our strongest practice areas is Life Sciences. And we represent, you know, we, having been headquartered here in Orange County, life sciences, in med device companies has been, you know, we are, we've represented med device companies in life science companies, you know, from from the very beginning, and we have a pretty strong presence in that, in that practice area. Most of our most of our clients typically work with us when they are just getting started, you know, right from the inception of the company. And we help them through various phases of growth financings and, you know, hopefully, one day they'll have an exit. So we take pride in, in working with our clients, right from inception through through various stages of growth, and hopefully one day an exit. Like, you know, we're a one stop shop, we have, we have practice areas that we like I said corporate so we represent or advise clients from corporate governance, to corporate finance to m&a, corporate taxation, labor, employment, intellectual property. So, and plus also we have a very robust litigation practice that also you know, they they represent clients in various corporate commercial disputes. So, that's, that's where I come from.
